Topic: computer engg. - >> IFS ??

   hello everyone

my name is Aman Jain and i'm a computer engg. student (3rd yr). I want to become an IFS officer, so i want to know whether i can go for it? i mean are these two compatible? if yes, then which subjects should i choose ? and ofcourse what should be my first step towards its preparartion ?

Please guide me right direction...
